  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup shelled edamame beans
  • Guau! Guacamole
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • Arugula for salad
  • Salt

PREPARATION

    Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

    Heat the oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

    Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then place them in the pan. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until crispy and golden brown.

    Remove the salmon fillets from the pan and set them aside to cool.

    Meanwhile, prepare the salad base, place the prepared arugula on the plates.

    Add the cooked rice and shelled edamame beans to the salad.

    Cut the cooled salmon fillets into smaller pieces, then add them to the salad.

    Top with a generous portion of Guau! Guacamole.
