Preparation method
Preheat the oven to 185–190 °C and prepare an approximately 30 cm × 40 cm baking dish.
Peel the carrots and onion, then dice them along with the zucchini and celery stalks. In a large bowl, mix together the chopped vegetables, pre-cooked rice, lemon zest, grated Parmesan, milk, flour, thyme, drained tuna, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, then mix thoroughly.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for 50–55 minutes at 185–190 °C, until the top is golden brown.
Chef's tip
When serving, you can sprinkle with fresh parsley or extra Parmesan for an even richer flavor experience.
