- 125 g blueberries
- 235 ml almond milk
- 10 g maple syrup
- 2 g vanilla extract
- 45 g chia seeds
Steps
- 1Place the milk, blueberries, maple syrup, and vanilla into a blender and blend until smooth and well combined.
- 2Pour the blueberry milk into a jar or a small bowl, then stir in the chia seeds. Let it sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to remove any lumps. Place the mixture in the refrigerator and let it set for at least 30 minutes, or up to 12 hours.
- 3When serving, sprinkle with fresh blueberries and muesli.
