- 12 g UBOMI Peruvian Organic 100% Arabica coffee beans
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 100 ml milk
- 1 piece Cloud9 Madagascan vanilla ice cream
- 1 piece Roletti
- 15 ml caramel sauce
- 5 g freeze-dried fruit
- 3 pieces ice cubes or ice cube tray
- 15 ml chocolate sauce
- 2 g chocolate shavings
Steps
- 1Brew the coffee! We promised a punchy drink in the title, so our suggestion is to brew a double espresso from our super Peruvian 100% Arabica private label UBOMI coffee! You can also use a French press, or easily prepare it with capsule coffee. Those who avoid caffeine can, of course, make the drink with decaffeinated coffee.
- 2Cool down the coffee! If you have time, the refrigerator will slowly do its job, but if you're in a hurry, add ice cubes to the coffee.
- 3Froth the milk! You can use a wide range of tools for this, and you can also vary the milk if you avoid cow's milk. Oat drink, for example, is an excellent milk substitute for frothing!
- 4Build the drink! Pour the cooled coffee into a chilled glass, then mix in the caramel sauce. Spoon some milk foam on top, then add enough vanilla ice cream to fill the glass!
- 5Time for toppings! Chocolate sauce, chocolate shavings, perhaps freeze-dried fruit, cinnamon, or a filled Roletti? Only your imagination limits what you can add to complement your perfectly refreshing, delicious, and energizing iced coffee.
