
Creamy Coconut Balls without Baking

Preparation method
Melt the butter in a microwave or a small saucepan over low heat. Pour the sweetened condensed milk into a bowl, add the melted butter and 200 g of shredded coconut. Mix the mixture thoroughly.
Place the bowl in the refrigerator for at least an hour (or even overnight) so that the mixture sets sufficiently and becomes moldable.
Once removed from the refrigerator, check the consistency. If it's too soft, add a little more shredded coconut until it's easy to shape. Form small balls from the mixture with your palms.
Chef's tip
Store the balls in the refrigerator to maintain their creamy consistency. They are best when fresh!
