- 125 g sunflower cooking oil
- 250 g sour cream
- 250 g cocoa drink powder
- 10 g vanilla sugar
- 125 g granulated sugar
- 250 g gluten-free pastry flour blend
- 12 pcs muffin liners
Preheat the oven to 180°C and prepare the muffin tin with paper liners.
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients: oil, sour cream, cocoa drink powder, vanilla sugar, granulated sugar, and gluten-free flour blend. Mix until you get a smooth batter.
Portion the batter into the muffin liners, then bake in the preheated oven for approximately 35-40 minutes. Check for doneness with a skewer.
Chef's tip
You can enhance the muffins by adding a handful of chocolate chips or chopped nuts to the batter.
