Preparation method
Rinse the chickpeas thoroughly and drain them. If using dates, it's worth soaking them in warm water beforehand to soften them.
Place the chickpeas, dates (or date paste), peanut butter, and cinnamon in a food processor, then blend until smooth.
Form small balls from the mixture with your palms.
Chef's tip
If the mixture is too soft, place it in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes before shaping.
