
Homemade Coconut Slice with Dark Chocolate

Preparation method
In a large bowl, thoroughly mix the shredded coconut with the honey and melted coconut oil until you get a uniform mixture.
Prepare a square dish with high sides (approx. 20x20 cm) and line it with cling film. Spread the coconut mixture evenly in the dish and press it down firmly with your palm or the back of a spoon to make it compact.
Place the dish in the freezer for at least 30 minutes to allow the mixture to set completely.
Chef's tip
For easier dipping, it is advisable to melt a little more chocolate than the recipe precisely calls for.
