Homemade Hot Chocolate

In a small saucepan, mix the cocoa powder with the starch and sugar.

Pour in the milk, mix well, and start heating over low heat. Make sure to stir continuously to prevent lumps.

Once it starts to simmer, reduce the heat and add the chopped dark chocolate.
