Preheat the oven to 170 °C and line a baking tray or dish of approx. 15 cm × 20 cm with baking paper.

Prepare the dough: combine the flour (300 g), butter, egg, and sugar until crumbly. Press two-thirds of the dough into the bottom of the baking tray.

Halve the greengage plums, pit them, and place them in a bowl. Add the sugar and wine, then mix well. Let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Chef's tip
Completely cool the cake before serving so that the filling sets nicely and can be easily sliced.
