Preparation method
First, prepare the cottage cheese filling: mix the cottage cheese, 1 egg, 3 tablespoons of sugar, and the cornstarch, then set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, the remaining 260 g sugar), then add the oil, the remaining 2 eggs, and the yogurt. Mix thoroughly until you get a smooth, lump-free, semi-liquid batter.
Pour the batter into a baking pan lined with parchment paper or greased and floured.
Chef's tip
If you use more tart fruits, feel free to sprinkle more vanilla sugar on top before baking.
