- 300 g frozen mango cubes
- 300 g frozen pineapple cubes
- 200 g plain yogurt (3.5%)
- 160 g banana (approx. 1 medium piece)
- 70 g kiwi (approx. 1 small piece)
- 10 g coconut chips
- 10 g almonds
Roughly chop the almonds. Peel the banana and kiwi, then slice both into rounds.
Place the banana slices in a blender, add the frozen mango, frozen pineapple, and plain yogurt. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
Divide the prepared smoothie into two bowls. Decorate the tops with kiwi slices, coconut chips, and chopped almonds. Serve immediately while fresh and cold.
Chef's tip
If you can't find pre-frozen mango or pineapple, buy fresh fruit, peel it, cut it into cubes, and freeze it for at least 4 hours in the freezer.
