Heat a pan over low heat. Cut the butter into small cubes.

Place approx. 5 g of butter (2 small cubes) in the pan and let it melt. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the cream using a hand whisk.

Pour the mixture into the heated pan and stir gently for approx. 3 minutes. The eggs should become creamy during this time.
Chef's tip
Scrambled eggs are best when not overcooked – they should remain shiny and velvety. Gradually adding butter helps achieve this luxurious texture.
