Illatos őszi körtével, krémes túróval és ropogós dióval gazdagított, sütőben sült zabkása, amely tápláló, fehérjedús és lélekmelengető indítása a napnak.
Preparation method
Preparing the base
Preheat the oven to 180 °C (160 °C for fan-assisted ovens). Lightly grease a medium-sized baking dish or ceramic dish with the 10 g of butter.
In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients: the 150 g of fine rolled oats, 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, and 1 teaspoon of baking powder. In another bowl, whisk the 2 eggs with 250 ml of milk and 3 tablespoons of honey until smooth using a fork or a hand whisk, then gently fold in the 250 g of curd cheese.
Wash and core the pears, cut one into small dice, and slice the other into thin, neat slices. Mix half of the diced pears and half of the 40 g of roughly chopped walnuts into the oat mixture.
Chef's tip
The oatmeal can also be assembled the night before and kept covered in the fridge, so in the morning you can pop it straight into the oven for a fresh, hot breakfast.
Instead of pears, it can also be made into heavenly variations with autumn apples, quince, or cinnamon plums.
