Hagyományos magyar kapros-túrós sós lepény omlós tésztával és krémes, friss kaporral ízesített túrótöltelékkel. Tökéletes kiadós hétvégi reggelihez vagy brunchhoz.
Preparation method
Preparation and dough
Preheat the oven to 180 °C (conventional top and bottom heat) and line a 20x30 cm baking pan with baking paper.
For the dough, rub together 250 g of all-purpose wheat flour with 10 g of baking powder, half of the salt, and 100 g of butter until crumbly, then add 1 egg and 2 tablespoons of sour cream from the measured 200 g. Knead into a smooth dough, then roll it out and press it into the bottom of the prepared pan.
Filling and baking
In a bowl, mix together 500 g of curd cheese with the remaining sour cream, the other 1 egg, the remaining salt, and 20 g of finely chopped fresh dill until you get a creamy, soft mixture.
Chef's tip
The pie is best served lukewarm, but it also makes an excellent breakfast or morning snack served cold. If desired, you can also sprinkle a little grated cheese on top before baking.
