Preheat the oven to 180°C, and lightly grease a cake tin with butter, then line the bottom with baking paper.

Using a food processor, beat the eggs with the cane sugar until you get a light and thick mixture (approx. 5 minutes).

Add 60 g of melted butter and 8 g of vanilla extract, then mix.
Chef's tip
After grating, it's worth squeezing out the zucchini a bit if it releases too much moisture.
