
Banana chocolate mousse with avocado

Preparation method
First, melt the chocolate over a double boiler. Prepare a saucepan and a heatproof bowl that fits over the saucepan without its bottom touching the water. Pour a small amount of water into the saucepan and bring it to a boil. Break the chocolate into the bowl, then when the water starts to boil, remove it from the heat, place the bowl over it, and melt the chocolate while stirring continuously.
Next, place the peeled bananas, pitted avocado, cocoa powder, honey, coconut milk, and finally the melted chocolate into a tall blender cup. Using an immersion blender, blend everything into a completely smooth cream.
Divide the prepared cream evenly into 3 glasses and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Chef's tip
When serving, you can garnish it with fresh berries or shredded coconut for an even more special experience.
