
Grilled Fruit Crumble

Preparation method
Fill an approximately 500 ml aluminum tray with the fruits, sprinkle with some of the sugar (approx. 60 g, depending on the acidity of the fruits), then place it on the grill or over embers.
While the fruit is cooking, prepare the crumble: mix the flour with the remaining 15 g of sugar and the butter. Quickly knead with your hands until a crumbly consistency is achieved. You can also add ground cinnamon or ground almonds to taste.
Sprinkle the crumble over the fruits and continue grilling for about 10 minutes, until the fruit releases its juices and the crumble is golden brown and crispy.
Chef's tip
For grilling, use a disposable aluminum tray or a heat-resistant ceramic dish.
