Preparing the crumble

Place the crumble ingredients (butter, fine flour, 150 g granulated sugar) in a bowl and crumble by hand until a crumbly texture is achieved.
Assembling and baking the strudel

Preheat the oven to 200 °C.

Peel the rhubarb and cut it into pieces of approx. 2 cm. Wash and dry the strawberries, remove the stems, and cut them into quarters.
