
Peach with almond crumble and vanilla sauce

Preparation method
Preheat the oven to 180 °C and prepare a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Peel the peaches, cut them in half, and place them on the baking tray with the cut side facing up. In a small bowl, mix the ground almonds with the oatmeal, half of the honey (20 g), coconut oil, cinnamon, and baking powder. Distribute the resulting crumble mixture over the peaches. Place the tray in the oven and bake for 20–25 minutes at 170–180 °C until the crumble is golden brown.
Meanwhile, prepare the sauce: In a small saucepan, mix the milk with the pudding powder and the remaining honey (20 g). Heat over low or medium heat for 3–5 minutes, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens. Divide the prepared cream into 4 bowls.
Chef's tip
Before serving, garnish the peaches with fresh mint for an even fresher taste.
