Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Line a loaf pan, approximately 13 cm × 23 cm, with baking paper.

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except the dark chocolate and whisk until smooth. Then fold in the coarsely chopped dark chocolate.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake at 180–190 °C for approximately 45–50 minutes. Check for doneness with a skewer.
