INGREDIENTS FOR THE BATTER
- 1.5g salt
- 2 pcs egg
- 440 ml milk
- 200 g Benefitt gluten-free flour mix
- 60 g coconut fat or oil
INGREDIENTS FOR THE FILLING
- 2 pcs ripe banana
- 2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp erythritol or other sugar substitute
- 2 dl whipping cream
Batter preparation
- 1Mix the ingredients thoroughly in a bowl to make a crepe batter, then fry it in a pan in the traditional way.
Filling preparation
- 1Blend the banana with the cocoa powder and sweetener until a homogeneous mixture is formed. Whip the whipping cream, then add it to the banana mixture. Mix until a smooth cream is obtained, then fill the crepes with it.
