Product description

Costa d'Oro has been researching its unfiltered oils in collaboration with universities and research institutes. The result is an unfiltered olive oil that has a higher polyphenol content than its filtered counterpart, and due to its density, it is more suitable for flavouring dishes.

Olive oil with a slightly fruity aroma and intense flavour.

Olive oil may become cloudy below 20 °C, and solid flakes may form in it at lower temperatures. This does not affect its quality, the oil will clear again at room temperature.

Since its foundation in 1968, Costa d'Oro has strived to be an oil company that focuses on quality and innovation in the production of tasty and healthy oils. The company was founded by two families, combining their passion and commitment to quality products. They managed it until the 90s, when the family business became a publicly traded company.
