Preparation method
Pat the fish fillets dry and season lightly with pepper, then carefully wrap them in bacon.
For the dressing, blend the garlic clove, Greek yogurt, a few drops of lemon juice, mayonnaise, and anchovy fillet with a little olive oil and, if necessary, one or two spoons of water.
Sear the fish fillets in a hot pan for a few minutes until browned all over, then add a cube of butter and baste them with the foaming butter.
Chef's tip
It can be prepared with any white fish, such as catfish, hake fillet, or zander. For the salad, you can also use Caesar dressing.
