INGREDIENTS
- 4 nice slices, approx. 20 dkg cod fillet
- 10 dkg sliced bacon
- Salt
- 1 dl olive oil
- Pepper
- 5 dkg butter
- 10 dkg cherry tomatoes
- 20 dkg mixed salad
- 1 dl Greek yogurt
- 1 clove garlic
- A few anchovy fillets
- 2 spoons mayonnaise
- 1 lemon
IF YOU'D PREPARE IT DIFFERENTLY
- Catfish
- Zander
- Caesar dressing
PREPARATION
- 1Pat the fish fillets dry and season lightly with pepper, then carefully wrap them in bacon.
- 2For the dressing, blend the garlic clove, Greek yogurt, a few drops of lemon juice, mayonnaise, and anchovy fillet with a little olive oil and, if necessary, one or two spoons of water.
- 3Sear the fish fillets in a hot pan for a few minutes until browned all over, then add a cube of butter and baste them with the foaming butter.
- 4Let it rest for 10 minutes.
- 5For the salad, cut the cherry tomatoes, mix the lettuces with herbs, and serve with the fish and the Greek yogurt dressing.
Tip
It can be prepared with any white fish, such as catfish, hake fillet, or zander. For the salad, you can also use Caesar dressing.
