Monini Anfora Olive oil

The product is currently available in a green glass bottle!

At temperatures below 12 °C, the oil may become cloudy, which is a natural process and does not affect the quality of the product. At room temperature, it regains its original translucent color and texture.

Monini Anfora is excellent for both baking and cooking.  Olive oil resists high cooking temperatures better than other vegetable oils. Thanks to the special fineness of the oil, the food will be light, crispy and tasty.

Oil containing only refined olive oil and oil obtained directly from olives.

Product information

Olive oil may become cloudy below 20 °C, and solid flakes may form in it at lower temperatures. This does not affect its quality, at room temperature the oil clears up again.
