  • 380 g chicken thigh fillet
  • 60 g sour cream
  • 70 g bacon
  • 60 g guacamole
  • 200 g corn tortilla
  • 80 g cheddar or Gouda cheese
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 300 g tomato
  • 100 g bell pepper
  • 4 g coriander leaves
  • 60 g jalapeño pepper
  • 1 g salt

    Salt both sides of the meat, place it on a hot grill, and carefully cook both sides until done. Let the cooked meat rest on a cutting board for about 3 minutes. Then, cut it into 0.5 cm thick slices.

    Slice the tomatoes, then cut the jalapeño pepper into thin slices. Clean the bell pepper, remove the seeds, and cut its flesh into approximately 0.5 cm thick strips. Grill the bacon until golden.

    On one half of the tortilla, place tomatoes, sliced cooked meat, bell pepper, coriander, and 1 tablespoon of guacamole. You can also add jalapeño pepper to taste. Add a slice of bacon and 1 slice of cheese, then fold the tortilla in half.

    Place the filled and folded tortilla on the hot grill, cover, and grill for 2 minutes.

    Serve with sour cream and guacamole.
