- 200 g halloumi cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
INGREDIENTS FOR TABBOULEH
- 4 tbsp bulgur
- 7 cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/4 red onion
- 1 large bunch fresh parsley
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Salt
- Pepper
PREPARATION
- 1Drain the bulgur in plenty of salted water, let it cool, finely chop all other salad ingredients and mix everything together.
- 2Fry the sliced cheese in olive oil and serve it with the salad.
Tip
If you have some mint at home, add it for extra freshness.
