INGREDIENTS

  • 200 g fresh asparagus
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 4 strawberries
  • 2 tbsp feta
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp honey (if the strawberries are not sweet enough)
  • Salt
  • Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

    Grill the asparagus or boil it in bubbling, salted water for 4 minutes, but always remove the woody ends beforehand.

    Fry the bacon until crispy, then crumble it.

    Wash and slice the strawberries.

    When serving, place the asparagus at the bottom of the plate, and then add the other elements.
