- 1 kg mixed sea fish
- 500 g seafood
- 2 pcs leek
- 4 pcs garlic clove
- 4 pcs tomato
- 1 bunch thyme
- 2 pcs bay leaf
- 5 g saffron
- 200 ml white wine
- 1500 ml fish broth
- 10 g salt
- 5 g pepper
- 30 ml olive oil
- 10 g fresh parsley
Steps
- 1Prepare the vegetables: Finely chop the onion, leek, garlic, and tomato.
- 2Sauté the vegetables: Sauté the onion, leek, and garlic in olive oil.
- 3Add tomatoes: Add the diced tomatoes and continue to sauté for a few more minutes.
- 4Seasoning: Add thyme, bay leaf, saffron, salt, and pepper.
- 5Add wine and broth: Pour in the white wine, bring to a boil, then add the vegetable broth.
- 6Simmering: Simmer on low heat for 30 minutes for the flavors to meld.
- 7Add fish: Add the mixed sea fish and cook for 10-15 minutes.
- 8Add seafood: Add the mussels, shrimp, and crabs, then cook for another 5-7 minutes until everything is tender.
- 9Seasoning: Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.
- 10Serving: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
