INGREDIENTS
- 1 head red onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- Zest + juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 mocha spoon Cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped coriander
- 100 ml olive oil
- 600 g chicken breast fillet
- Salt
PREPARATION
- 1Finely chop the red onion, grate the garlic, and mix them with the other ingredients, excluding the salt. Toss in the chicken breast cut into desired pieces and refrigerate for a few hours.
- 2If there's no time to marinate, you can cook it immediately. Just before cooking, salt the marinated meat, then cook it on a hot grill pan or in a skillet, turning frequently.
- 3Serve sprinkled with chopped coriander to taste, with fresh salad and couscous.
