Ingredients

  • 250 g salmon fillet
  • 80 g onion
  • 200 g dry pasta
  • 10 ml olive oil
  • 150 ml cream
  • 50 g cream cheese
  • 200 g green peas
  • 5 g parsley
  • 1 g salt
  • 1 g pepper

    First, bring salted water to a boil in a large pot over high heat. While the water is heating, wash and dry the salmon. Then remove its skin and cut it into 1 cm × 1 cm cubes. Peel and chop the onion.

    Once the water starts boiling, add the pasta and cook for 14–15 minutes over high heat. After cooking, drain the pasta.

    Heat a pan with olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté for 4–5 minutes. Then add the salmon, season with salt and pepper, and fry together for another 2–3 minutes (still over medium heat).

    After frying, pour in the water and cream, add the cream cheese, and cook until the sauce thickens (approx. 4–5 minutes). Finally, stir in the peas, parsley, and pasta, then turn off the heat and serve.
