  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 150 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • One clove peeled garlic
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • ½ red chili pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped coriander
  • A pinch of freshly ground pepper
  • Salt

PREPARATION

    Slice the tomatoes, remove the core and the harder seeds. Chop the tomato flesh. Cut the garlic into small pieces or crush it. Halve the chili pepper, remove the seeds, then slice it into small pieces.

    Halve the avocados and remove their pits. Scoop out the avocado flesh from the skin, then dice it into small pieces. Place them in a bowl and mash with a fork.

    Add the oil, sour cream, lime juice, garlic, chili pepper, and coriander. Finally, mix in the chopped tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then refrigerate.
Tip
You can even completely mash the whole avocados with a fork. This will make the guacamole even creamier. You can also season it with a spoonful of Dijon mustard. Serve with nachos.
