Ingredients

  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 20 g garlic
  • 25 g chilli pepper
  • 300 g prawns
  • 15 g chopped parsley
  • 50 g lemon juice

    Preparation time: 10 minutes + prawn cleaning

    Pour the olive oil into a pan and sauté the sliced garlic and thinly sliced chilli pepper.

    Add the cleaned prawns, then sauté for 2 minutes on each side.

    Sprinkle with chopped parsley and drizzle with freshly squeezed lemon juice.

    Toss together and serve hot with toasted baguette.
