Ingredients
- 50 ml olive oil
- 20 g garlic
- 25 g chilli pepper
- 300 g prawns
- 15 g chopped parsley
- 50 g lemon juice
Steps
- 1Preparation time: 10 minutes + prawn cleaning
- 2Pour the olive oil into a pan and sauté the sliced garlic and thinly sliced chilli pepper.
- 3Add the cleaned prawns, then sauté for 2 minutes on each side.
- 4Sprinkle with chopped parsley and drizzle with freshly squeezed lemon juice.
- 5Toss together and serve hot with toasted baguette.
