Bertolli  extra virgin olive oils are made exclusively from the finest quality, carefully selected Italian olives, for over 140 years. Cucina olive oil is heat-resistant up to 220 °C, making it ideal for grilling and frying fish and meat. It is also excellent for preparing vegetables, salads and raw foods.

Bertolli Originale is suitable for all dishes and perfectly complements the taste of individual ingredients.

Olive oil may become cloudy below 20 °C, and solid flakes may form at lower temperatures. This does not affect its quality, the oil will clear again at room temperature.

Producer information

Their story began in Tuscany in 1865, when Francesco and Caterina Bertolli discovered their great passion for producing olive oil. Their talent soon became widely known, and they opened their first shop in the beautiful city of Lucca, under their family home. Today, they have grown into a major brand, but their products still embody the hallmarks of Italian cuisine. 

Storage

Protect from light and heat. Olive oil may become cloudy below 20°C and white, solid pieces may start to form below 10˘C. The oil will clear again at 20°C. This does not affect its quality.
