INGREDIENTS
- 500 ml beef broth
- A few dried mushrooms
- 100 grams rice noodles
- 1 pack smoked tofu
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Carrot
- Coriander
- Lime
- Mixed sprouts
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Bring the broth to a boil.
- 2In another pot, bring the dried mushrooms to a boil in water; 4-5 minutes will be enough for them to soften.
- 3Meanwhile, prepare the glass noodles: place them in a pot, pour boiling water over them, salt, cover, and let stand for 3-4 minutes, then drain.
- 4Slice the tofu and pan-fry both sides in a little olive oil for 2-3 minutes.
- 5Cut the carrots into strips using a vegetable peeler.
- 6Serve: aesthetically arrange the drained rice noodles, tofu, mushrooms, and carrots in a bowl, then pour the broth over them. Garnish with lime, coriander, and mixed sprouts.
