Ingredients

  • 800 g turkey breast
  • 100 g Parma ham
  • 1 pc Rege Horseradish beetroot salad
  • 400 g courgette
  • 300 g aubergine
  • 200 g Kapia pepper
  • 200 g red onion
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 10 g salt
  • 5 g pepper
  • 10 g fresh thyme
  • 10 g fresh rosemary
  • 28 g garlic

    Soak the turkey steaks for 2 hours in a mixture of 10 dkg salt and 2 liters of water, then pat them dry and wrap them in the ham slices.

    Dice the vegetables and sauté them in olive oil, season with salt, pepper, fresh herbs, and crushed garlic.

    Sear the wrapped turkey breasts in a little oil, then place them in an oven preheated to 160-180 degrees Celsius for 10-15 minutes, after which let them rest in a warm place for 10 minutes.

    Serve with the olive oil-sautéed vegetables.

    Instead of turkey, you can also prepare this with chicken breast or even pork tenderloin, but it also works well with white fish. You can vary the vegetables according to your preference. Any aged ham can be used instead of Parma ham.
