  • 200 g chicken breast
  • Smaller zucchini
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons plain yogurt
  • 50 g feta cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt
  • Pepper

PREPARATION

    Mix the Greek yogurt with all the spices, salt, and pepper. Cut the chicken breast into larger cubes and add them to the marinade. Mix well, then refrigerate for a few hours, or even overnight if you have time.

    Once the chicken has rested enough, prepare the skewers or grilling sticks. Wash the tomatoes and slice the zucchini into long, thin strips with a peeler.

    Thread the chicken, tomatoes, and zucchini strips alternately onto the skewers – fold the zucchini strips like an accordion.

    Brush the prepared skewers with a little olive oil, then place them on a preheated grill at 180 °C. Grill them for a few minutes on each side until the meat and vegetables turn a nice golden brown.

    Finally, crumble the feta cheese over the hot skewers and serve immediately.
