- 30 g oats
- 120 ml milk
- 50 g banana
- 50 g fresh raspberries
- 10 g chia seeds
- 5 g Dutch cocoa powder
Prepare two bowls: In one, mix the oats with 70 ml milk and the banana thoroughly mashed with a fork. In the other bowl, mix the remaining 50 ml milk with the chia seeds and cocoa powder.
Layer the oat mixture into a tall glass of approx. 200 ml, then sprinkle half of the raspberries on top, and finally pour over the chocolate chia pudding.
Garnish the top with the remaining raspberries, then place in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours (or overnight) for the ingredients to meld and soften.
Chef's tip
If you prefer it sweeter, you can add a little honey or maple syrup, although ripe bananas provide natural sweetness.
