Preheat the oven to 200 °C and lightly grease 6 muffin molds with coconut oil, or place muffin liners in them.

In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder, making sure there are no lumps. Then add the Alpro chocolate drink, melted coconut oil, agave syrup, and salt, and mix until smooth.

Divide the batter into the molds, leaving about 2 cm below the rim. Now for the chocolate magic! Press a cube of vegan chocolate into the center of each muffin.
