Measure out all dry ingredients, except for the shredded coconut, using a mug (1 part = 100 ml), and mix them in a large bowl.
Baking
Add the melted coconut oil to the seed mixture and mix thoroughly. Finally, drizzle with honey or syrup and mix well to coat every piece.
Spread the mixture evenly on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Place in a preheated oven at 150 degrees Celsius. After 10 minutes, stir thoroughly, then bake for another 5-10 minutes.
Chef's tip
To the cooled granola, you can mix in chopped dark chocolate, freeze-dried fruits, or toasted coconut chips for an even more special taste experience.
