Preparation method
Prepare a 12-cavity silicone muffin tin. Melt the dark chocolate with 2 teaspoons of coconut oil over a double boiler. Meanwhile, cut the banana into 12 equal slices.
Distribute about 180 grams of the melted chocolate into the bottom of the muffin cups. Place one banana slice into each, then spoon a little peanut butter on top. Place the tin in the freezer for 5-10 minutes for the base to set.
Finally, distribute the remaining melted chocolate over the top of the cups and return them to the freezer for another 10-15 minutes. Remove from the tin before serving.
Chef's tip
If you want to make them even more special, sprinkle a little sea salt or chopped peanuts on top before they set!
