Preparation method
Prepare 3 glasses or bowls, approximately 250 ml each. In a small bowl, mix 8 g of gelatin powder with 50 ml of water and let it stand for about 10 minutes until it swells.
Meanwhile, place the frozen forest fruits in a saucepan, add 15 ml of water, and cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until the fruits soften.
Once the fruit has softened, add the swollen gelatin (along with the water) and 2 tablespoons of honey. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Remove from heat, distribute evenly into the prepared glasses, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
Chef's tip
Before serving, you can garnish with fresh berries or mint leaves for an even more impressive result.
