INGREDIENTS
- 1 handful sliced cabbage leaves
- 1 handful sliced spinach leaves
- 150 g mango
- 150 g pineapple
- 2 cm ginger (approx. 15 g)
- 2 kiwi
PREPARATION
- 1Wash the cabbage and spinach. Cut out the core from the center of the cabbage, you won't need it. Chop the remaining cabbage and spinach.
- 2Peel the mango, kiwi, pineapple, and ginger, then chop them into pieces small enough to fit in the blender. For larger blenders, it's enough to just halve the fruits. Cut the ginger into smaller pieces.
- 3In a blender, combine the cabbage and spinach leaves with the fruits, ginger, and one cup (250 ml) of water. Blend until the smoothie is completely smooth and homogeneous. It can also be made with a hand blender, but it will take longer.
Tip
If you don't like cabbage, replace it with the same amount of spinach.
