Preparation method
Heat the thinly sliced red onion in a pan with a little oil, salt it, and stir until it softens. Then, drizzle with Hot Honey and caramelize until golden brown.
Place the beef patty on to cook and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 2 minutes per side. After flipping, add two slices of cheese and more Hot Honey to taste.
Add mustard and Hot Honey to taste to the mayonnaise, then mix evenly with a spoon. Slice the tomato and cut the romaine lettuce into thin strips.
