Preparation method
Preheat the oven to 180–185 °C. Prepare a baking tray (approx. 25 cm × 35 cm) and aluminum foil.
Pour 100 ml of water and 250 ml of orange juice into the baking tray. Add the sage, diced butter, and 3 tablespoons of honey. Finely grate the zest of two oranges and mix it with the other ingredients. Slice one orange (without peel) into 1 cm thick rounds and place them in the tray.
Wash the chicken, pat it dry, season with salt and pepper inside and out, then place it in the baking tray. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 60–65 minutes.

Serve with steamed rice or roasted potatoes to fully enjoy the delicious orange sauce.
