Preparation method
Peel and finely chop the red onion and garlic. Roughly tear the fresh basil leaves.
In a pan, heat the sunflower oil and butter over medium heat. Add the gnocchi and fry, stirring constantly, for 7-8 minutes until golden brown.
Add the chopped red onion and garlic to the pan and fry together for another 3-4 minutes over medium heat.
Chef's tip
