Preparation method
Spread the lavash bread or tortilla wraps on a clean work surface. Spread each wrap evenly with cream cheese, then spread a thin layer of honey mustard over them.
Arrange the smoked salmon slices on the spread surface, then sprinkle with fresh baby spinach leaves.
Roll up the wraps tightly, like a pancake, then cut them into approximately 1.5 cm wide discs with a sharp knife.
Chef's tip
If you want to make it even more special, sprinkle some fresh dill on the cream cheese!
