Preparation method
Bring salted water to a boil in a large pot. Once the water is boiling, add the spaghetti and cook according to package directions (approx. 16–17 minutes) until al dente. Then drain.
While the pasta is cooking, prepare the vegetables: halve the cherry tomatoes, dice the zucchini finely, thinly slice the garlic, cut the ham into strips, and finely chop the red onion.
Heat the rapeseed oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the zucchini, onion, garlic, ham, tomatoes, and oregano. Season with salt and pepper, then sauté for 6–7 minutes. Meanwhile, whisk the eggs in a small bowl.
