Preparation method
In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese with the lemon juice. Peel and crush the garlic, then add it to the cheese mixture. Mix thoroughly, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
Lay out the 3 tortillas on a work surface and spread them evenly with the prepared garlic cream cheese.
Place 1/3 of the ham in the middle of each tortilla, ensuring the slices cover as much surface as possible without overlapping too much. Distribute the baby spinach similarly over the tortillas. Make sure to leave a 1-2 cm strip free on one edge of the tortilla, where only the cream cheese is – this will help hold the roll together.
Chef's tip
You can also add thinly sliced red bell pepper, cucumber, or carrots to the tortillas for an even fresher taste.
