Preparation method
Core the bell pepper and cut it into small cubes. Peel the red onion and finely chop it, then slice the garlic into thin rounds.
Heat a pan, pour in the oil. Add the bell pepper and sauté for a few minutes, stirring occasionally. Then add the onion and sauté until translucent.
Add the minced meat to the vegetables and break it into small pieces with a wooden spoon. Once the meat has completely turned white/browned, add the garlic slices and sauté for a few more minutes.
